Return Policy

Allstarshop.com offers a 30-day replacement/refund guarantee from the original ship date for most products. Certain restrictions apply, please check for warranty and service on each product accordingly. After 30 days, only the manufacturer's warranty applies and no returns will be accepted. There is absolutely no refund after 30 days from the original ship date. Certain conditions and/or restrictions apply to:

A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) must be obtained on-line, and is required for all returns. Merchandise must arrive at our warehouse within 10 days of the issuance of the RMA number at which time the RMA# expires. RMA numbers are non-renewable.

Allstarshop.com reserves the right to return any merchandise without a valid RMA number back to the customer, or to prorate the credit.

Allstarshop.com will not refund the original shipping charges. In addition, Allstarshop.com will assess a 15% or $15.00 (whichever is larger) restocking fee against the customer's account on ALL returns for refunds.

All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging, in as-new condition with the UPC or bar code intact. All components, manuals, registration card(s), software, cables & accessories must be included. If any component of the returned product is missing, Allstarshop.com will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component. Allstarshop.com inspects all returns, and reserves the right to return merchandise that does not meet the criteria.

Software
All software products are non-refundable. Allstarshop.com will only replace defective software within 30 days of the ship date. Defective items will be replaced with the same title only and must be returned in the original packaging with all warranty cards, manuals and any other documentation.

OEM CPU's and Memory Products
All OEM CPU and memory products are non-refundable. However, Allstarshop.com offers a 30-day exchange guarantee (same item replacement) to OEM CPU and memory products.

Retail Packaged Processors
There is no replacement/refund guarantee of any kind for all (AMD or Intel) retail packaged processors. Please contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

CD-R/CD-RW/DVD Media, Zip Cartridges
All CD-R/CD-RW/DVD Media, Zip Cartridges are non-returnable. Please contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

Special Returns Policy
Due to manufacturers' policies, Allstarshop.com cannot, under any circumstances, accept refunds, returns or exchanges of products manufactured by the companies listed in the table below. These manufacturers deal directly with issues regarding their products and will repair or replace these products in accordance with their own policies.

Opened Printers, Scanners, Monitors, Camcorders, MP3 Players, PDAs and Handheld are absolutely non-refundable. Defective products may be exchanged with the same item within 30-day of the purchase date.
