Once an order has been entered and you have received an order confirmation number, we can only cancel an order if the item is on backorder status.

To request cancellation of a backorder, you can either

• call our Customer Service Department at (949)682-1306
• or simply send a email to us - sales@allstarmicro.com

We will send you a confirmation mail to inform you we have canceled the order.
