Kingston ValueRAM's KVR533D2N4K2/1G is a kit of two 64M x 64-bit (512MB) CL4 DDR2-533 SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM) memory modules. These two modules are identical and are designed and tested to meet Dual Channel Architecture requirements. Total kit capacity is 1024 MB. The components on each module include eight 64M x 8-bit (16M x 8-bit x 4 Bank) DDR2-533 SDRAM in FBGA packages. Each 240-pin DIMM uses gold contact fingers and requires +1.8V.
